You may use the Software on computers under the direct control of the Academic Institution at any field stations or temporary remote sites provided that such computers are secured from unauthorized copying or distribution or use of the Software Product and that Software Product is removed from such computers when they are no longer under the direct control of the Academic Institution. You may use the Software Product on portable computers used by Academic Institution staff when traveling on Academic Institution business. You may use the Software only on computers that are part of the Academic Institution's internal network domain.Įxcept as otherwise provided herein, you may use the Software only on computers that are located at the Academic Institution's permanent facilities. You may make additional copies of the User Documentation for internal purposes. You may make a copy of the Software solely for use as backup and not to be sold, loaned, leased, gifted, or otherwise transferred or used by any other person.
